4. Order Tracking

Joogler is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, Joogler is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping charges required for reshipment.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@joogler.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will review the issue and do our best to assist you.

Joogler is not responsible for stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

9. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or shipping method.

If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment where available.
